Cause analysis

Insufficient workshop environment, dust floating, dust on the cloth surface, or dust spots on the water transfer coating film.

Contraindications

 Pay attention to air purification in the production plant, wet the floor with water, clean the surface dust off the pieces, clean the dust of the work surface; do not allow the dust to move in the water on the surface of the ink.

Cause analysis

• The temperature is too low (which means that the water transfer cannot be wetted softened by water).

• The absorption time of the transfer film is insufficient.

• The activator is sprayed very quickly.

• The sample ink of the transfer film is not fully activated in the oily state.

Contraindications

• Adjust the temperature to about 40-50 ° C.

• Extend the absorption time (water temperature 40-50 ° C, control about 60 seconds) or try spraying the activator on the corners of the water transfer film so that the film surface does not wrinkle. By wetting.
